I was having a few women troubles a month and as im sure most of you know, nothing hurts like love, and i really found my running helped burn off abit of frustration......which brings me to my point, i have been hitting the treadmill lately insted of the streets, as its getting pretty cold over here in the UK, which mean iv been paying more attention to how long\fast and the incline iv been running at. And iv found that i cant run the same distances, at nowhere near as fast pace, and incline and that im more fatgiued afterwards.....as the period when i was having thos frustrations.
Is this common? What was going on im my body to give me the energy?

Maybe you did run some of that energy out during that period and now need some time to recover. Do you think you have a case of "dead legs" after too many hard/fast days?

Don't sweat it, I got trouble with wimmens all the time. Many here at Riff... oh those kind of women troubles.

I cannot keep the same pace on the treadmill that I keep outside either.
I have no idea why.

It's because you don't turn the speed up fast enough. Read the directions.
