cjay--you can just go sit in the corner with my husband. He got on it again, "listen up, I am not mentally ready to deal with the pain!!!!" only to hear "how 'bout the half it's an easy course" 
oh, yeah, today husband ran 20 out on the trails 1 1/2 faster than me last week....so he informed me he is ready for Whistlestop. I wish I could be like that (the undertrained approach).
So he wants stats about Whistlestop:
