He had a great time at his first instruction/practice. Good times.
We're nixing soccer for now though. With my new class load (6 classes=18 credit hours) I just don't think I'll have weekends free to spend at the Y (4 hours total on Saturday for the 3 kids, plus games on Sunday). I'm hoping we can get them into some good sports camps this summer though.

Cool. Sounds Like you are keeping them involved in stuff. That's a good thing.

Keep them happy and occupied. They won't have time to get in trouble.
BTW: Look out for Brie too in all this.

Oh boy are you in for a surprise if he really does like it and sticks to it... especially in the high school years.... two day wrestling tournaments, driving all over the place to watch him wrestle for six minutes..... I enjoy it but it sure does take up some time. It's a good sport for a kid though, really teaches them some discipline.

In both years he wrestled in junior high, Dave had a couple girl wrestlers on the team. And occassionally the opposing school would have one or two on their teams as well.
Good to hear that Will enjoys it!
