The NWS in pittsburgh has issued a winter storm warning.
Snow will continue overnight and accumulate between 5 to 6 inches with the highest amounts on the ridges. The heaviest snow should occur after 9 pm and through the early morning hours. Total snow accumulation should be between 5 to 7 inches. Also, be on the alert for blowing snow which could reduce the visibility to below one half mile. |

The storm missed us. The roads are slick; I had to drive a lot slower to get here, but we're on a normal schedule. I really needed the delay to get some work done. Looks like I'll have to either stay after school, or take a stack of work home.
