i thought a brick was any double workout, swim/bike, bike/run, run/swim, whatever....guess that's not the case.
still can't imagine biking and then immediately running. not on these legs.

It just takes a mile or so to shake off the rubbery feeling.... I've done it. It hurts.

I always thought a brick was the old 1 pound note (red/brown in colour)
Hence the old saying "I'll bet you London to a brick"
