I loved being single. I dated a guy for 3 years and wouldn't leave so much as a tooth brush at his place. I loved having my own place, being a slob, being a neat freak, being lazy, etc. I loved traveling. I didn't mind
going places on my own. I never thought of marriage as being out of
the question, but I certainly was in no hurry....and kids no way.....and
dating someone with kids no way in hell.
So I married someone with two children and had one of my own.
and I wouldn't trade them for anything
as for why we got married I was ready to make that commitment with
my toothbrush.
