Its 0530 EDT

Me ? I just woke up, tossed and turned around a few million times then I just gave up.

I'm washing the sheets, remade the bed and here I am wasting time until the AM paper shows up.

You ?

Bonjour de Quebec !!

Its 0530 Sunday August 29.

Woke up at 0450, just finished my all carb breakfast of bagels and croissants. Wife giving me ride to Shuttle in 45 mins about 0630. Half marathon at 0830 - wish me luck - rain is predicted for most of the day. This should be lots of fun.

Anyone else have a reason to be up

Andy

I am getting ready to leave for the office in about 5 minutes

I normally get up around 400 and ride, but I was too tired so I slept in

6 am CDT. Up to run before it gets too hot. Though it's already 79 and the sun isn't even up yet.

Usually I am up by 5 or 5:15 so I can head off to work by 6. If I have a morning run planned then I need to leave for work by about 5:45.

Work at 6? Yuck. 5:30 for me today, but no work until 3 pm.

Well, its a week later. Its Thursday the 26, its 0500 and I'm up at this ungodly hour because I woke up and I hate to just toss and turn.

I can't do any laundry like I did last week because the wife and daughter are home. That would wake them up. Sooooo like last week, I'll just wait for the AM paper to arrive.

Anyone else out there ?

I also tossed and turned all night. Finally got up at 3:33. The alarm was to go off at 3:50 as usual but I just didn't see any point in lying there. That and that horribe noise that was coming from the other side of the bed.

I woke up around 0300, laid in bed until 5ish. Checked email then when out for a bike ride.

I am on vacation this week and I have gotten up before 5 every morning

Sucks for you guys. I slept in this morning (8:30). Funny how your idea of sleeping in can change so much.

I've been having to make a pit stop about 4 am (getting up at 5:30 ) and that last hour and a half is not a good sleep. I should stop drinking fluids altogether.

I am typically awake by 5:30 a.m. every day - I train in the morning. I can't believe some of you guys normally sleep in so late all the time. The morning, IMHO, is the best time to run! I didn't run today, however, and slept in until 8:00 a.m. which is REALLY throwing me off!! I can't STAND to sleep that late!
