But now we all have this image of a possum infested, rednecked, inbred, stoned out, drunk down and wacked out bucho o' Floridians, that we all flinch at the mention of The Keys <flinch>

This will teach me to tell the truth. They really do breed them differently down here. If it was a polite southern thing it would be different. This isn't really the south, it's Jamaica. No one has told them yet.

Only in your world.

I'm snippy because it's nippy and there are 4 vents around my cubicle. My boss with the Bozo hair turned on the air conditioner yesterday and now it won't go off. My choice of blouse was not appropriate for this kind of weather.

Those "drunk down" would be the police, volunteer fire, and Coast Guard, right?

Ok, I am NOT making these things up. You people don't believe me; live here for one month and you will. I could tell you an even better story from today but you would also scoff. Honestly, this stuff happens here. Even I am not so creative as to fabricate these tales. And that's saying a lot.

Hey, I believe you, I believe you! I can't speak about the police because I wasn't one but I was a sailor and a full-time firefighter. I truly understand how none of those groups (volunteer firefighters and Coast Guard) should be mixed where alcohol is served! It's bad enough just having one of those groups drunk. Mix two? No way. All three? Ye gods!
I believe you!
