Or maybe the cast from "Whose Line...?" doing the coverage would rock!

How long is everyone going to stay up?
An all-nighter if necessary. I've gone to work many a time on less than a couple hours' sleep. Unfortunately, none of them were alcohol-induced.

I will flip, channel to channel, for about five minutes and the ignore it until the next day. It's such a mess already down here I want to watch as little of the Board of Elections debacle as necessary.

My DH is an election coverage freak. We will watch NBC News with Tim Russert and Tom Brokaw. DH rules for election coverage:

-No talking
-Don't even think about changing the channel until it's OVER or he's in bed
-He will NOT leave the house unless it is on fire

Last election, I had talked him into going out to dinner. He went against his will and as long as we were home in time to see the majority of the coverage. At the restaurant, he had them switch the big screen TV over to election coverage (boy were the other patrons happy about THAT). The first time Tom Brokaw declared Al Gore the Florida winner, you would have thought he just said He!! froze over. DH got the waitress immediately, got our check, changed our food to a to go order and we went straight home. He was convinced if he had never left the house such foolishness would have NEVER happened.

I still make fun of him. LOL
