Up this semester -
PM 7020 Project Management Techniques II
A sequence of project management topics regarding organizational planning, staff acquisition, and team development; quality planning, assurance and control; risk identification and control; and managing procurement of goods and services from outside the performing organization.
BSAD 7540 Advanced Quality Management
This course focuses on achieving quality through continuous improvement of processes, customer satisfaction, and creation of a team environment. Emphasis on major tenets of the field, systems thinking, Hoshin planning, and data collection and analysis.
