Anyone's office closing for the funeral? A couple of my friends got memos they are off. The stock market will be closed, so I'm hoping we get a memo later today...

Good thing though is I have a work field trip to the ol putt putt course around 3. Drinks on the boss afterwards.

The only thing closing down here is the POst Office. The banks won't close since most people down here (due to the resort-driven economy) live paycheck to paycheck. Everyone gets paid every Friday (except management). The banks would have full-scale riots on their hands if they closed!
So, I will be working. This place only closes on major holidays anyway.

I'm off tomorrow but not because of the funeral. I have a midterm due Saturday that I.....errr.....haven't exactly done much with yet so I am taking off to finish it. I mean start it.....
