Off the top of my head the following people are eligible
Me, Greg, RR, RAS, Rob P, Omega, Alan, Prohemp, Marcie, Dancer, Happy, Copdotcom1, Mr and Mrs. Airehead, Ranger and who else

If you won't be 35 until 2014, then you'll have to wait until 2016. 2014 is not a Presidential election year. I'm not being nitpicky or anything.
