Where do you usually run in the early AM? I have this problem with choosing the running location. Everything is crowded, because people are going to work cars are everywhere. I usually train in a nearby park, but until I get there I have to cross several jammed streets and intersections. Its pretty irritating because I usually like to concentrate before running and the best thing for that is a slow-paced walk through a peaceful street.

I agree with you. Thats the problem when you live in a big city. Everything is crowded and noisy. Sometimes you cant find a place to be alone and to relax. Thats why I usually run in the evening, because its quieter then. When I ran in the morning, I usually listened to my iPod and I tried not to notice streets crowded with people and cars. I used to run also in a park but then I changed location and started running on the bank along the river. I met only occasional joggers and people walking their dogs and it was great. The only problem occurred during the rainy days when there was mud on the tracks.
