I am running every day. I keep racing the same old routes day after day. Sometimes I get bored looking at the same faces, same streets and same corners every single day. I would like to change my route but I don’t know where to look for. Where do you find new trails to run?

I suggest you start looking outside the city. Running downtown is not a healthiest thing you can do. Your lungs are wide open to inhale …all that fumes and junk gases from cars, factories and heating devices. Check with your local weather station to find out at what direction the winds usually blow and the go to the other side. That way you can enjoy fresh air outside the city without a fear that the wind is going to bring you those fumes again. You can choose different trail every day. Country is wonderful and full of surprises. You don’t have to run on a perfectly flat ground. Running up hills, down hills and on various terrain will bring freshness to your stale running workouts.
