I could be just wrong all over about this, but help me out here will ya?
By squeezing the juice out of grapes, you'll get grape juice. Mostly carbs @ 4 calories / gram. If this juice ferments, it becomes wine. Lots of carbs @ cals./gram and some alcohol @ 7 cals./gram. If this wine sits long enough, it becomes vinegar which has now calories correct? Where did the calories go? Were they given off as heat?
