i probably do the worst possible thing -- i just worry. stew.
i have found that in the most unlikely times (when there's no way it seems appropriate) running is the answer. even if just a mile or two in the neighborhood. it clears my mind a little.
but, i still worry

Me, too. I wish there were buttons in our heads.
HAPPY. Push this when you have to go to a wedding and don't want to.
INTELLIGENT. Push this when your husband asks you who he should start this week, as his running backs aren't doing diddly for him.
CALM. Push this when something's come up and you can't stop worrying about it.
SWEET. Push this when your mother-in-law gives you another dieting book, and you're already underweight.
PATIENT. Push this when your youngest child writes her name in crayon on your new stainless-steel front fridge.
