I have problem with my running shoes. They are no longer comfortable and I got a small blister yesterday. They used to be good, very good and we ran quite a few miles together. I don’t know how long one should keep the old shoes. When shoes have to be thrown away?

Depending on their quality and other factors, running shoes should be replaced every 300 – 500 miles. My guess is that your shoes do have that mileage and they should retire.
