tonight: pizza with the kid, repair a toilet at the gf's new (to her) house
tomorrow: more odd jobs at gf's, Aero's game with fireworks in the evening.
sunday: hopefully hang out some with the Marine who has a weekend leave
monday: fishing on lake erie with the kid, a buddy of mine and his kid. if mother nature is kind to us and keeps the lake calm.....

At the back forty:
May get a new computer for the house (finally!).
New running shoes may get delivered. 
24 mile run Sunday. Perfect conditions too - temp at least 90*, with humidity to match. 
If'n I can find one close enough to home, maybe I'll run a race on Monday.

Tonight: Dinner and the park with the pup
Saturday: run with Stryders, Scottish Games (much drinking  )
Sunday: clean house, Picnic at Grandmother's house
Monday: Relax day!

Me and G3 will be out car shopping in hopes of replacing her now totaled vehicle. Just how I wanted to spend my holiday weekend!
Everyone out there in RR land have a great Labor Day! 
And give thanks for the organized labor movement that brought us the 40-hour workweek, not to mention Monday holidays.

We have friends coming in town to visit, so we'll jus be hanging out with them and catching up, letting the kids play, etc. Should be fun!

Saturday: first "long" run since May, predicting 9 miles. maybe some tailgating if I have time, work the evening, watch any college football available
Sunday: work
Monday: maybe going to the casino in New Orleans

About the only thing is Sunday, hosting a baby shower for the BIL. They've been trying everything for the last two years, and it finally looks like things have worked in their favor. It will be a nice party to celebrate with them and for them.

Taking the daughter to soph year at Northeastern Univ in Boston. Staying over Sat night and Sunday night at Hanscomb AFB. Mom and dad have to take a break you know...
