Buy her a nice piece of art that she would never buy for herself. Like a nice framed print. Doesn't have to be big--maybe a picture of somewhere special to the both of you?

Can't do art, her family was central in the arts here. Art in her family is a very personal thing, most of the art in her house in her fathers, who helped found the High Museum. Also so much art in the house already there is no bare wall for it.
