Hey there.I am a runner for almost a decade, but was never into seriously thinking about it. I have hear that there are many types of runners, and that depending on the caractheristics of your anatomy, and your running style, you can get some gear that can help you improve. So, has anyone heard domething about it? What types of runners are you? And do you use something to improve your running ?

Hello. Well I have heard about that. I am, what they call a under pronator (or supronator), with flat feet, average width feet, slightly bow legs. I always run on my toes, and currently run 25 miles a week. So as you see, I have many "deformities", and I just can not run in running shoes. So, I’ve figured out that what suits me the best are a Nike Zoom Air , and a Reebok DMX. It will be best to think through yor anatomy and your running habits, so maybe you will find a conclusion that will help you improve your running technique. Wish you many luck in trying, bye.
