Not everybody can win the race. It is obvious. There are just average riders, good riders and champions. I mean in every walk of life you can find some nice, but average people and you can find those at the top who sail against the wind. What type of rider are you?

Well I was at the top. I mean, I won quite a few races. I enjoy now being just “average”. I ride bike for the fun of it and for the health and fitness reasons. There is more to life than just winning. Being the first one is OK. It brings the feeling of fulfillment and accomplishment. But you have to enjoy life, family and friends too. Maybe, at this point, victory seems like the only important thing, but you will see that there some other things in life that bring pleasure. But if you really enjoy being the first then go for it.
