How about a Navy Seal PT ( 9 week thing.) Push-Ups Situps - Pull Ups -

It starts fairly easy but at the end of 9 weeks it's 180 push ups , 180 sit up and 60 pull-ups.
For real animals at the end of Phase II it's 400 pushups , 500 situps , 60 pull ups and 300 dips ( Hoah!)
folks in good shape can start at what ever level they can do and wait for us wimps.
