It starts fairly easy but at the end of 9 weeks it's 180 push ups , 180 sit up and 60 pull-ups.
For real animals at the end of Phase II it's 400 pushups , 500 situps , 60 pull ups and 300 dips ( Hoah!)
folks in good shape can start at what ever level they can do and wait for us wimps. |
Wow, that looks pretty scary!!! I think right now I can do around 1 set of 12 pushups (girlstyle)....... Although I guess I don't usually try another set. But I bet doing that gets your some results!

We could do biggest gains in the powerlifting big 3 (bench, squats and dead lift).
/I have a feeling High Heat would crush us all though.

Heh....I thought this was another [ you ] trick, but it's not
It's probably going to be a good while before I'll be powerlifting again...I've got back surgery in my very near future...

Your gona go up against Robp and me? |
He's got a big advantage with age. He can still build muscle mass w/o nearly killing himself in the process.....

That looks kind of cool, maybe I should try that instead of what I was going to do.
So are we doing this biceps thing or not?

This may seem really odd but what about something to do with running.

Everybody does that anyway...
This is all about pushing the envelope...working on a part of the body that could be improved a bit...
