My chicken breasts that is. I have the day off so I'm gonna cook something and I just took these huge frozen chicken breasts out. Any ideas? The only rule is it can't have mayo or sour cream, ick. Or tomato soup, eww.

Yes, rice and salad is perfect.

You could also do baked chicken rubbed with garlic and coated in lemon juice. with some broccoli rabe (not as bitter as regular broccoli) and a baked potato, or rice.
