King Ranch Casserole
warm in pan all mixed together:
2 or 3 cups of cut up chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
about a cup of broth
some spices like chili powder, cumin, garlic and onion powder
Grease a casserole dish (I use a 9x12 pyrex)
Crunch up some tortilla chips to cover the bottom
Pour half of the soup mixture evenly over the chips
sprinkle with grated cheese
crumble another layer of chips
Pour remaining soup mixture over chips
sprinkle with cheese
cook at 350 for about 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly but cheese is not brown

You'll be happy to know my breasts are done. For the kids I made chicken with bisquits and gravy. For DH and myself I made chicken, wildrice, brocolli, and a nice salad for myself. DH hates anything but iceberg lettuce which I hate and rarely buy.
Might I add that my breasts were huge and boneless.

I'll just leave the men to comment on that last part... other than that, sounds like you did good work with those delicious breasts.
