The most days I ever ran in a row was 6 days (Mon to Sat). That wasnt really smart b/c from the previous week to the next I had a big mileage jump (from 5 days a week at 35-38mpw to 6 days at 42 mpw) and I ended up with a stress fracture which cost me months of training. I learnt a really hard lesson and from now on I will always remember to up my mileage gradually and carefully. I'm planning to build up to 6 days of running a week again and break 40mpw but this time gradually

Back in high-scruel I purposely ran 100 days in a row (just to do it). The minimum daily was a 3-miler.

Probably like 30 in HS during a massive base build up and the fact I did not know better.
Now 13 is the highest. Usually average 5-7 befofre a day off now though.

I've never tracked it, but probably around a month. But that was before I did any cycling.

Not sure about HS, but 6 was the most. I mandated myself to a full rest day at least once a week

I'm guessing too--about a month.......I try to have a day off every two weeks.
also....FYI: I ran a whopping 36 miles last week......I can't remember when I've run less than 40. Summer is definitely here
