I put mine up a little higher because this apartment isn't efficient at keeping the warm air in at all. I think it's the vaulted ceiling. I did seal up the windows and the patio door, and that has helped, but I think it's set at about 72.

I usually keep it off. I'll only turn it on if we have cold weather for more than 2 days in a row, or I'll run the AC at night during the summer.

Tonight its a special treat: We're going down to -13. Runs like a Girl will wake up to -25.
By Sunday PM we should be around 25 degrees a whole 50 degree difference !! Its going to sunny and no wind - I'm thinking long run.

Update:
The weather persons were correct !! As of 0600: -13 at the Albany Airport, Glens Falls (Runs Like a Girl) is at -22. Saranac Lake (near Lake Placid) is at -29.
I'm not going out until it warms up to 0...
JU: Yes its Spandex time !!! (But not today - I'll wait until Sunday - Temps in the 20's)
