I ordered a laptop yesterday. The desktop keeps crashing, and I figure it will die just as I have a huge project due. So biting the bullet and hopefully this will be the last computer I purchase for a while. |
laptops are awesome because they are not as ugly. When you aren't using them, you just fold them up and put them under the pillow. |
I had a laptop, but I broke it. Left it open in front of a window, and it rained. Very sad. That was a year ago. I miss the portability, so this seems like the best option for me right now. Just a mid-range laptop, and saved about $425. It's all good.
But I won't be keeping it under my pillow! Probably will be in its case when not in use. |
I keep mine under the bed..... I'm a strange one.

I did that a lot when we lived in Charlotte--would do homework in bed and then slide the computer under the bed. Not strange. My bed now though is like Princess & the Pea, so I'd have to get up anyway to tuck it under there. Maybe if I make a concerted effort to put it safely away after using it, I won't break it.

What are spa socks? That sounds like something interesting.....
I can't think of anything I wanted that I didn't get. I do, however, have a nice lump of $$ with which to buy anything I might stumble across when I go shopping on Friday.......
