I just made a low-fat lasagna and very low-fat Ghiradelli brownies.
I'll add a salad and sourdough garlic bread.
What are you making tonight?

If all goes well tonight, chicken breast with mashed potatoes, kernel corn, and gravy. Mmm.
If it doesn't go well, an entire box of Mac & Cheese.

Buffalo Shrimp. Broiled slightly then tossed with some special hot sauce and broiled until done. And a tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil salad.
(Yes I know it's a wierd mix. That's what happens when I get in the kitchen)

I'm always starving when I get home and usually spend most of the evening eating (and it wouldn't kill me to lose a few pounds). I tried a small bowl of Kellogg's All-Bran with some oat bran and milk mixed in. Little brown sugar and cinnamon and popped it in the microwave.
While it tasted like cinnamon/sugar flavored dirt, it did an excellent job of filling me up for the evening. Even after going swimming in the PM (which always makes me hungry) I still wasn't hungry.
The only thing I had for the rest of the PM was a bowl of peppermint ice cream.
