I must not hang around smart enough people. I don't know any know-it-alls.

OK...now I have to ask...
What's an FEOE?
Another 404 for me.

I find the people who know nothing who think they know everything are the most annoying.

I think I'm treading on thin ice here but...
...I find that, more often than not, I'm getting way too many "Final Jeopardy" answers (questions) right...and a whole lot of those that come before it. I'm starting to scare myself.
Yeah, that's me, Master of Useless Trivia...
...and I'll promptly admit when I don't know the answer!

I used to work with 2 know-it-alls.....it was tough. One I was pretty good friends with.....so I always got the other coworkers "Sue, you really need to tell her...." The other know-it-all was a guy and he absolutely hated the woman. I thought it pretty ironic. Granted, they usually were both right on the money.....but when they were wrong it created a big problem in the office.....because you had to "prove it" to them

yeah, thats what I call a know it all. If you truly know it all, thats great because I could probably use your help as I don't really know much besides useless music lyrics and forgettable movie quotes. And if you are as clueless as I am and just admit to it, I'm fine with that too, I can definitely sympathize, but if you* butt into a situation only to muck it up with your lack of knowledge but attempts to look knowledgable, thats a little on the annoying side. gee, I really have some stuff pent up about this guy...
*'you' as used here would actually be one specific cow-orker who does this daily...

Dismiss him out of hand - immediately! He's a misogynistic idiot. Sure, he has his place in society but...not with regular, normal people...like us.

Oddly, people who truly know it all and are confident of the fact generally don't like to advertise. You just figure it out from spending lots of time with them.
We had a neighbor who knew the most amazing things--like the scientific name for every bird that nested in our area--but, you wouldn't know he knew so much unless you listened.
