I just found this new recipe and thought I'd give it a whirl...
For reals, for Mr Aire and jr Aire, homemade black beans with barbecued roast pork and cornbread.

A large Greek salad with REAL Feta (made with goat cheese!) , kalamata olives, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers and onions and parsley and peppers and some romaine (all from the Greek produce stand conveniently located next to work). I may add some cold grilled chicken as well.

BBQ chicken, it's in the oven, so that's a sure thing. Not sure what else we're having. Veggies, and a pasta dish I suppose.

If said "frozen veggies" are creamed spinach, you have just described my Most Favoritest Meal Evah. I get that from my mom every year for my birthday.
Tonight I shall eat whatever I can scrounge up after a 3 hour workout.

It will not be creamed spinach...It'll be whatevers in the freezer, and I know there is none of that in there.
