Man today I just was not into in running mentally, my legs were not there and it just was a bad run. I finished and was glad I did. Sometimes I feel bad and after about 20 minutes feel a little better not today.

Breathing problems for me. If my legs are feeling "heavy" or tired/sore, it becomes a not so good run, but breathing problems always make it a bad run.

Pain, either temporary or from an injury. Too cold and wet will ruin a good run too.

In the winter, if I overdress for the weather...ack! Also, pain or having eaten something that gives me indigestion on the run. Yuck.

Amen to that, Brotha Cap! Any run is a good run to me. Guess I am just not as picky. Wink

Uck. I ran yesterday and my legs felt like they weighed 100 pounds each...the day before I was flying...go figure. A bad run for me is anytime I have to walk during a run. I feel like a failure. Sad
