Of course, I've never met kidney pie.

It's pretty safe to say that you've never met haggis!

Robert Burns Day - January 25

1 sheep's paunch (stomach)
heart, lung and liver of sheep
salt
white pepper
hot red pepper (cayenne preferred)
1 pound beef suet
1/8 tsp. nutmeg (or less to taste)
2 onions, chopped
6 oz. oatmeal, toasted
3/4 pint beef stock
Clean the paunch thoroughly and then turn it inside out.
Boil the lung, liver and heart until tender. While you are doing this, put the windpipe over the edge of the pot, draining into another receptacle. Chop the meat extremely fine; grate the liver. Mix the meats with the spices, onions, suet and oatmeal. Mix in the stock and then stuff into the paunch.

Somehow, I doubt that there's enough single malt whiskey in that country...I know an American in Glasgow. Maybe he'll try it.

Oh. I see. You eat in one of those "alternative" restaurants? How does that work? The people who serve you are nekkid? You are nekkid? I can barely wait to find out.

Copy you 5x5. And...you do shut the freezer door as you're indulging your sweet tooth, right?

Oh, there IS a naked restaurant in Key West. We just can't bring ourselves to put our naked butts where someone unknown's naked butt has been. The place is called....."Naked Lunch"!

Not very picky. I couldn't do anything like Fear Factor but I like a lot of commonly disliked foods (broccoli is possibly my favorite FOOD, not just vegetable). Oh, and no organs or blood, thanks.
