Hello there, rookie! Don’t bother yourself with such questions because that is individual. Besides you have to choose your own rhythm of progression and it wouldn’t be good if you would try to impose certain expectations upon yourself. Some people start with very good speeds and later slow down and some people have very slow start but then improve their performance over the course of time. The most important thing is to listen to what your body tells you. That way you can’t go wrong. Of course, there are some average figures and speeds, but I really think that you shouldn’t take so much care bout that. The most important thing is that you feel good and that you don’t exhaust yourself.
