Even though I'm thinner than I have been in quite a while, I still can't get teh fat off of certain parts of my body. 
I'm cranky when I don't get enough sleep.

That posting in the Quilting Forum, even when you have been gone for months and months, is a bad idea. There is always some know-it-all hostile azzhat that will give you a line of schmidt....  I think it is time to give the keys back to the Warden and bid the inmates in the asylum goodby...again.

I learned that it will about 90 degrees inland this afternoon. 
I am definitely a faster runner now than 2-3 months ago...my easy run pace is now averaging 7:00-7:10 pace as opposed to 7:25-7:36 3 months back.
