You ARE too small for XL, especially in the lifesize photos that are posted here. Try large TALL shirts.

I don't want it. Please take it back and buy the right size, OK?

Extra-Large....not Large...
I grew out of Large shirts my senior year of high school.
Yes, I know I'm skinny, and extra-large shirts look too big for me, but guess what? Large shirts are too short. |
One year, for Mr Aire's birthday, the whole family came to visit. His mom bought Mr. Aire some really nice clothes--but, oddly enough, they didn't fit Mr Aire, they fit Mr. Aire's little brother. So, Mr Aire got shafted out of the gift, but his little brother got the clothes. (His mom didn't even give him the option of returning/exchanging them--or even giving him another gift. She just gave them to her youngest son. WTH????)

I like Large Talls!
However, they are not always availible, so I usually go with XL.
and yes, there are issues there. 12 straight christmas of too small shirts.

on a serious note. no stupid fish things. Since i like aquariums my family thinks think that if it resembles a fish The Boy will love it. HELL NO. ever hear of taste? Bass slippers, the singing Bass? and little wind up bath tub sharks?
At the very least maybe a gift certificate to a sports chain. granted i know i can be difficult but GEESH. no wonder why i left the family. ( well that and several other reasons)
stepping off soap box. Thank MW for letting me use it, you want some SUPPER COOL earings ?

anything that's not on my christmas list
i don't wear watches, i had to return an expensive watch my girl got me for christmas last year because i knew i wouldn't wear it. and i don't wear chains, rings, anything like that.
and don't try to surprise me with clothing.
if there's something i don't have, there could be a reason i didn't buy it.
i'm finicky and i don't want you to waste your money... i feel terrible if i don't like it, so i try to have a good selection for people.

I hear ya bloo. I really like it when someone takes the initiative and gets me something awesome not on my list... but that almost never happens. Usually if it's not on the list, its not on the list for a reason. I just feel guilty when your present sits in the closet for years without use. Save yourself the effort, it really is the thought that counts. Just think about getting it and stop there.

A hassle from the almostX on who gets my son when and at what time. It would be a gift in itself if she could act like a rational adult for once.

LOL.
I've gone in the opposite direction. Tried on some stuff the other night at the store and discovered that a medium is too large for me. I now fit into size small sweaters, golf shirts, and pullovers. I honestly can't remember the last time I wore a size small shirt. Still like mediums or large t-shirts though.

If my arms keep growing like they have been doing... maybe I will as big as you some day. A boy can dream, can't he?

NO ALARM CLOCKS PLEASE!
WTF kind of gift was that?
I still use the very first alarm clock my dad got me when I was 14.
Why did I need one at 35?
