What... You don't race in a kilt? Flaps too much at race pace?

wearing the kilt causes an unnatural skew in the race statistics as all of the ladies' (and a few of the mens') times are much slower than they normally would be. The kilt flaps, I'm going commando as is proper with a kilt, and all those chicks slow down to follow behind me for some reason. Embarassed

maybe because we're, like, slooower than you. has nothing to do with that kilt, believe me. Razz

Okay, that's disgusting! So, you run backwards, or does it hang that low?

Usually silky panties and a matching bra under my shorts and tank! Razz
oops that is what I actually change into after my race!

Okay Okay
I know 2 dumb jokes in one post but what the heck I had a hectic day at work but a cruddy run so I am trying to cheer myself up.

I wear cool-max type shorts and usually no shirt since the weather is so warm down here. If it is December through March maybe a cool max tank.

Nike shorts, I think they're nylon. Low-cut socks, grungy stinky old mesh ball cap, Nike shoes, no shirt unless below 70 degs and then it's an old race t-shirt.

I'm new to this forum and am enjoying your posts... Shocked
I race in my husband's Hind shorts because they feel like nothing and layered sports bras.

Sportsbra/tank top (does that make sense?) I hope, and coolmax shorts. I can't remeber life without coolmax.

Usually standard running shorts (NB/ Nike) and a coolmax/dri-fit singlet. In cool weather conditions I wear a technical (drifit) or cotton long sleeved running shirt.
