Greg and I swap magazines all of the time. I know some of my magazines have ended up down south (right John)
When our brother lived near us he was in the loop too.

i toss them. i really wish Marlboro country had paper recycling but we're lucky to have glass recycling.
the catalogues are what kill me - sometimes i get 15 in my mailbox, 10 of which i never even look at. it's out of control.

Swap 'em with brother in law. He gets the fishing magazines, I get the hunting and gun magazines. When done I either pitch 'em or bring em here to work and give to the guys down in the maintenance shop.

Save them. You can probably find a church with a prison ministry if you want your magazines to go to good use when you're done with them.

Mine I toss in recycling as soon as I am finished with them. Jerry insists on keeping his in a big pile because some day he is going to read them. Don't tell him, but when he's not looking I pull some out from the bottom of the pile and into recycling they go.

I usually throw them away,
UNLESS,
There is a really good article in them. In which case,
I hold on to them for a couple of months, and then throw them away.
