What are you using to fill your bellys today folks?
I'm having Campbells Bean & Ham soup, Brusselsprouts, Mini Carrots, a yogurt and some milk...

I need to go shopping. All I had around the office was a slimfast and a nutrigrain bar today.

Apple, Yogurt, and a bowl of rice chex. These are very plain with absolutely nothing on them, unlike the wheat chex, but since I'm trying to eat healthy, I can't complain

Leftovers from last night's dinner; white meat turkey medallions that were pan-seared and then topped with a sauce of mushrooms in white wine and pepper and garlic and shallots, baked with fontina and parmesan cheese.
And steamed, crisp brussel sprouts.

When Kelt was talking about his day off, I posted in green. When you posted about your delicious-sounding lunch, I also posted in green. I'm not envious.
