What do you think?

I was gonna ask you about that last weekend.
I even ran without a shirt today for the first time evah. I had it strategically tied around my waist to hide my ever-shrinking fat roll
SPRING ROCKS!!

Dude, you have NO idea how huge it was for me to feel comfortable enough with myself to run in shorts and a sports bra when it got too hot for the shirt I had on. It was chilly when I left this morning. How liberating....and good incentive to keep up with that ab work.

Just to emphasize this: When you wrote that statement I was thinking well, with no shirt who's gonna notice anything else ?
Despite the coolish temps yersteday AM I went running in shorts and LS Tee. By the time I finished it was 50ish, sunny and just right for sleeping. Rest day today, run tomorrow.
Life is wonderful in the great Northeast !!

Sorry for the confusion. 20 lbs ago I wouldn't have thought of ever running without everything covered up, so I was really excited to have been able to do it today.
But that's a good point, Andy.......

If that had been the case, it would have all over TV Channels 3, 6, and 10.
