Here in Louisiana nothing is really "weird." I've eaten frog legs, rabbit, snake, nutria rat (was in a sausage... damn good too), just about any other game. I had escargot for the first time about a month ago. It really didnt' taste like anything and it just chewed like rubber.

I've eaten gator and reindeer/caribou
Colin has eaten cow tongue.
BC was tricked into eating (by my aunt) a confection made from the marrow of cow bones. (supposedly a delicacy in my native country???? )
