I have been on WW for about 2 months now and lost 15 lbs but i still have another 15 lbs to go before I meet my goal weight. I dropped down from 22 to 20 points and find it hard to feel full off of 20 points. I have slacking lately and haven't lost much but I plan on using the tools that I learned as a guideline.
I have cut out regular soda, beef, and rarely eat fast food now. I don't think I would have been able to do that unless I was on this program that made me feel accountable for what I ate!
good luck with your weight loss goals but I'm hoping to jsut run the next 15 lbs off!

I've been doing WW since April and have lost about 14 lbs. 24 more to go - The counting points is pretty easy to me. I had tried just estimating calories and that never worked, neither did just trying to eat healthy - I was making the right food choices, but eating too much in general. WW helps me keep my portions and overall amount I'm eating in check, plus give me a realistic sense of how much more I can eat since I exercise and still maintain a slow (but accumulating) weight loss.
