Mine was a show. Would've been a win but with events last night, bumped it down a notch.
Robin and I bought a new computer desk and though the desk portion took over 8 hours to build it is done and looks great. The hutch for it took less than an hour and now it really looks nice.
Robin and I were able to go to the movies, go shopping and have a nice dinner together on Saturday. We saw Two Towers and loved it.
Yesterday was going great until about 600pm with Abby.
Everything seems to be okay now but overall a show for the weekend.

Also Ran
fri night- visited an aunt by myself instead of with my family because mrs keltic wasn't feeling well and was also on call. went out for a beer with a friend and ended up arguing with that friend.
sat.-spent the day cleaning the basement or running to get boxes and shelves
sun-church in the am, parents for lunch and then a party for my wife and me, but again she didn't feel well (bad cold) and I went by myself. Took my daughter to a party, went to the store for milk, then came home and waited to go pick up my daughter.
dryer arrives today and I still have to get some work done in the basement.

Joe, there are so many more options! Trifecta, exacta, superfecta and don't forget you can "box" any of those. And if its real bad, you could be scratched.... sorry, that annoying Kentuckian in me coming out again....
Mine was a place, maybe a show. yeah, I know, after all that! I didn't spend as much time with BF as we would have liked, UK friggin lost to friggin UL on Saturday  my Texans lost (which was expected) and I was slightly disappointed in my Christmas gift from BF. (yes, I am a spoiled brat). But, spent a lot of time with friends, family (mom cooked a turkey for Christmas #3 on Saturday!  ), got some great workouts in and saw "Catch me if you Can"

A bunch of smelly shower stuff that I really don't like (and I thought he knew that!) I do appreciate the thought. And he put it all in this cute basket that had some other cool little stuff that I will use....but somehow I was disappointed...I don't know why, I don't know what I would have wanted otherwise....

Saturday finally felt better from a Hella-cold that took me out x-mas day.
Grandpa and Aunt and Uncle made a surprise visit from Detroit. Was glad to see them, but wished they would have called before they stopped by. They show up at 8am unexpected. We were still in our pajamas and barely awake, house was a wreck cause I'd been sick.
Went out to my Mom and Dad's to have the christmas we didn't have on christmas day.
Sunday
Got a ton of chores done, and got to ride my bike for awhile.

Call it a winnah.
Saturday got the basement cleaned up and I also discovered that we had a dining room table in our dining room. Made about 4 bags of trash from all the stuff we accumulated thorough Christmas and beyond.
Sunday, met Monk and his family in North Jersey, had lunch with them and had a great time.
