1.0 lowest-4.0 the highest
Mine was about a 2.5. No biggie. Not bad. Not excellent.
Quiet weekend with the po po. All of the college kids are away and weather was bad so it kept bad guys away and accidents way down.
Slept well. Got some runs on. Sunday football games were awesome.

I guess mine was about a 3.0
Spent some of my gift cards on Saturday and the Mens and Women's Basketball teams both won.
Sunday was quiet except for football.

nothing too exciting, but had to visit a funeral home. it was a very sad time for a co-worker. she lost her step-sister the week before Christmas (remember my post about firefighter beth?) on the day of her funeral, my co-worker found out that her brother (out of state) had terminal cancer, already into the bones and had only a month to live. he didn't make the month and died on New Year's Eve.
a party we were to attend sun. got cancelled because one of the hosts got sick.
Steelers won!!

2.8 - Got in some good workouts but I missed my 2nd long run in a row due to overwhelimg case of "Goodness Gracious, I feel like POOP!" Just absolutely exhausted for 2 Saturdays in a row right now. Legs were so sore it was hard to walk. Going to have to look back at my training logs and see where I've gone wrong. It all seems to clear up nicely by Sunday though.
Got to spend some quality time with the girls and was able to make a little extra cash for the "buy PH a new bike" fund*.
Tried to make good with the Mrs., but failed.

Didn't leave the house all day on Saturday - was mostly just a bum. Sunday didn't do much more than that. Did get the laundry done though. Maybe I should downgrade to a 2.0.

Got an awsome deal on a new wetsuit Friday night. On sale and then a free upgrade because they were out of my size. Sleeveless for $129
Good workouts including a nice trail run with Genie. And to top it off Alissa Milano as an Egyption Princess on Charmed

I Friday I flew up to D.C. (I had never been before) and met up with a bunch of my college friends, one of our friends got married Saturday. We all had a great time, the wedding was beautiful, I saw lots of monuments, etc in D.C. (including a powerful exhibit about 9/11 in the Smithsonian...I think its traveling, catch it if you can...unbelievable) and to top off the weekend, I got to see snow before I left Sunday but it didn't delay my flight out! Just a great weekend.

Saturday morning - run and chores
Saturday night - dinner and movie- Chicago
Sunday morning run and chores - rest of day watched football
I really wanted to see the Browns win because of the quarterback
Kelly Holcomb. He went to my alma mater, MTSU. They do not
have too many players that make it in the NFL.

.5 Feeling a little under the weather, being topped off by the dispicable loss of the Giants last night.

Got lots of work done around the house. finally set up my fish tank. Not to pat myself on the back here, but it is SO the bomb...(is the term still cool?)
Basically, it's a 10 gallon tank inside of an old 1950's television...I'll try to post pictures someday...
Had a bunch of friends over Saturday night and watched A Beautiful Mind...my fire skillz are mad.

No kidlets around this weekend, so it was just me and Mr. Lambda.
Got some good runs and rides in too.

Blah. ABout a 1.5. Had a nice dinner and time with boyfriend on Saturday, but ended up with a migraine later and I think the problems the dentist told me I would have with my wisdom teeth are starting to happen. There isnot other explanation for it. I am not a pain wimp but this is ludicrous.
