Just got back from the "Iowa Great Lakes" region.
Left Friday afternoon to go camping.
Fri night: set up camp, got ready for the weekend
Sat: Ran 1/2 marathon in the morning. Course PR!
Went back to the camp, grilled out, went swimming in the lake, all that fun stuff, made smores...
Sun: Huge thunderstorm wake up mrs coach and I at 6 am, last for about 1.5 hours. We get up and eat breakfast.
As soon as we start packing...Rain comes back...it rains for an hour while we pack up the camp site, stops right as soon as we finish.
10:30 am we drive home, and drop off camping stuff and go pick up Marcus, who spent the weekend at the Granparents. Our first weekend away from Marcus  .
He was good though, and we're all home.

fri pm: went to see baby anne and sharaz (2 dj's at a "rave")
sat day: slept in, laid around and watched trading spaces. took bf some lunch and went to mall.
sat pm: went to a party off the silver comet trail. had a few margaritas 
sun am: went to breakfast with my aunt who was on her way back to PA
sun pm: run.

Fri - picked my son up at his dad's and waited for my company to arrive.
Fri..almost Sat - company arrives and we go to bed. 
Sat - get up at run 4 mile race with my company and my son runs his first fun run. 11:30 for a one miler. "Not tooo shabby"
Sat afternoon - local museum. lunch. See T-3 and go home and chill.
Sun - company leaves.
Maddie's Wench is bummin'.

Friday Night: Had plans to go to a minor league baseball game with my parents who were in town for Jason's b-day party,but rain made us decide to not go.
Saturday: Jason's B-day Party. Just a hectic day
Sunday: Yardwork and clean up after Saturday. I will be heading to bed soon.

Friday: Got off work early, went running later that afternoon. Nothing much eventful
Saturday: shopped for some groceries, spent rest of time at home practising on the piano, doing some yardwork and playing around on the com.
Sunday: Went out to the Vancouver Aquarium, had a great time and then to the beach at Stanley Park to soak up some rays, read, and watch a couple of fisherman do some shore-casting

had an adult b-day party Friday night
kids bday (neighbor) yesterday
my first training run from hell on a treadmill--today
in between.....I'm painting all the cabinet doorknobs in my kitchen, family room, and master bath....they look soooooo much better....my hubby thinks I'm crazy.

Friday pm - sick
Saturday am - had to work 
then to bank to sign home equity to get a new roof on 9 year old house.
then on a "date" with my husband (errands and lunch) 
then home to strip ugly dancing apple wallpaper that I have hated since we moved in here.
Sunday am - work. again.
then home to do not much of anything.

Fri--tried to go out to dinner then got tied up with a call from BC's work. Finally go to Red Robin for a little supper and buy me a new pair of Nike Air Pegasus
Saturday--lunch at Quizno's, watched Johnny English, go for the worst run of my life--had a huge horrible allergic reaction to something on my run and almost end up  everywhere. Had to quit halfway through. 
Sunday--still dealing with allergic reaction despite having Benedryl on board--red, red, hot face and horrible looking eyes. Lunch at Chipotle's and afternoon at Barne's and Noble. Then to a gourmet grocery store for salad fixings, a loaf of fig and pistachio bread, and a bottle of wine.
It went by too fast...

Fri: long day at work. The pool has been filled. now the pump doesn't work. money pit I didn't want to fix since we belong to a gym with indoor/outdoor pools.
Sat: Martial Arts seminar,  Then I got a call that my uncle died of an apparent heart attack at 46.
Sun: Nice long run, nephew's 4th b-day party.

Tribob - Sorry about your uncle. 46 is way too young to go.
Friday :: Bike and swim. Watched part of a couple of different movies. 
Saturday :: Early AM 50 mile ride. Played Scrabble with daughter and her friend. Swam and run. Watched part of a couple of different movies.
Sunday :: Lift, run, church. Goofed off around the house and then went to see X-2. I'd give it a 4 out of 5.

Friday- Took the day off of work to go get hubbys motorcycle. It was an hour and a half drive from our house, Keith rode it home in the rain. 
Ran when we got home.
Saturday: Went for a ride on the motorcycle. Took it out to show my mom and dad. Did some chores and watched a movie. It was James Bond Die Another Day. I thought it was kinda cheezy.
Sunday: Went grocery shopping. Did more chores. Ran.
