A nice 7 mile run in the fog this morning. I traversed my route in 58:10. The humidity was kind of high due to the fog (96%) but the temperature was pretty nice 39 feels like 39

Well, the whole route was 3.66. I ran uphill for about 2 miles, then turned and started downhill--and the pain around my knee started hurting so much I couldn't run. Hobbled the rest of the way back.
I don't know what is wrong. It's the outside of my right knee, it's been hurting since a 2.5 mile run last week--maybe I have twisted something. I'm icing it now.
