5:30am
Master's swim.
I don't know how far, just that it hurt.
We had a sub today. One guy I call "pool boy". He gave me a ton of tips today. My swimming isn't the best but I'm trying to improve. With "pool boy" giving me tips how can I not improve?

25.65 mile in 3:44:16 for a pace of 08:45. No additional work out today. I felt good! Only 35 miles to go this week.

Distances change when you are training for a 50K.
