Much less wind today, and I managed to start after the sun came up, so I went a bit further: 1h13.
My first run over one hour!

one measly mile.... wheezing too badly to continue. this happens every year and lasts a week or two. we need a frost to kill all the little airborne nasties.

4 miles in about 43 minutes or so. The lungs felt good, the legs still felt heavy. I'm taking tomorrow off from running. I shouldn't be so tired after running a measly 4 miles after work.

I won my tennis match tonight: 6 - 0, 6 - 1. Off the courts in 25 minutes flat. If I win my final match on Sunday afternoon, I will win my division with a perfect 4 - 0 record and advance to the city playoffs.
