5:30am Master's swim
3450 yards.
Ouch. Was going to lift after but arms were too sore. I did go into the steam room and put on some Origins salt scrub. That felt so good and I think it helped with the dry skin that I've encountered with winter and swimming.
Today's workout:
WU:10 x 100 swim
6x75 (3 of them catch up drill, 3 finger tip drill)
200 kick (easy down, hard back)
MS: 2 x 500
20 x 25 (sprint 1/2 way down length, easy the other half)
4 x 25 sprint (on the 25.)
CD: 200

It kind of was. But didn't cost an arm and a leg. I can still smell the salt scrub. Better than smelling like chlorine all day.

So did I, for a half hour after running and lifting. I've been eating non-stop since I got to work to make up for it.....
