Nuttin so far. I think I might do some walking later today, though. I don't normally walk because about half way through I get a huge burst of energy and start running. But, I've got my son with me all day and he can't keep up with the running too much.

3 miles on the mill. Had intended on 5-6 but for the second day in a row I've had to get off the mill for a member to use it. I may have to start going at 4 a.m. again.

I did 1/2 hour of walking with the boy this afternoon. Not much but, hey, at least I wasn't sitting on the sofa eating bon bons (not that I would anyway...not a big bon bon fan!).
